Issue du mouvement des guides et scouts, <a href=\"https:\/\/lgs.lu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">L\u00ebtzebuerger Guiden a Scouten<\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, elle soutient des projets en faveur du d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019\u00e9ducation et de la formation professionnelle. Ces projets sont r\u00e9alis\u00e9s en collaboration avec des partenaires locaux au S\u00e9n\u00e9gal, Niger, Cabo Verde et en Bolivie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">L\u2019ONGD est agr\u00e9\u00e9e par le Minist\u00e8re des Affaires Etrang\u00e8res et europ\u00e9ennes (MAEE) et ses projets sont cofinanc\u00e9s par le biais d\u2019un accord-cadre de coop\u00e9ration, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire un programme pluriannuel n\u00e9goci\u00e9 avec les partenaires du Sud et du MAEE.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">En f\u00e9vrier 2026, l\u2019ONGD Guiden a Scouten fir ENG Welt a sign\u00e9 un nouvel accord-cadre avec le MAEE pour la p\u00e9riode 2026-2030.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">L\u2019ONGD effectue \u00e9galement des projets annuels d\u2019\u00e9ducation au d\u00e9veloppement au Luxembourg cofinanc\u00e9s par le MAEE, qui vise \u00e0 sensibiliser les jeunes, majoritairement issus du mouvement scout et des lyc\u00e9es, aux th\u00e9matiques li\u00e9es au d\u00e9veloppement et aux relations Nord\/Sud afin de les aider \u00e0 devenir des citoyens responsables et conscient du monde qui les entoure.<\/span><\/p>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-121 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/ongd.lgs.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2016\/02\/Footer_small-blank-300x16.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"772\" height=\"42\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ongd.lgs.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2016\/02\/Footer_small-blank-300x16.png 300w, https:\/\/ongd.lgs.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2016\/02\/Footer_small-blank-768x42.png 768w, https:\/\/ongd.lgs.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2016\/02\/Footer_small-blank.png 1014w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 772px) 100vw, 772px\" \/>\n<h2><b>Notre mission<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Contribuer \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des conditions de vie d\u2019enfants et de jeunes au Sud et au Nord et \u00e0 leur participation citoyenne par l\u2019appui \u00e0 une \u00e9ducation formelle et non-formelle et \u00e0 une \u00e9ducation au d\u00e9veloppement de qualit\u00e9 bas\u00e9e sur la m\u00e9thode du guidisme \/ scoutisme international.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Nos axes strat\u00e9giques :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Appui \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation formelle<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Travail dans l\u2019\u00e9ducation non formelle<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Education professionnelle et insertion socio-\u00e9conomique des jeunes<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Education au d\u00e9veloppement \u00e0 la diff\u00e9rence, \u00e0 la compr\u00e9hension mutuelle et \u00e0 l\u2019interculturalit\u00e9<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><b>Notre histoire et nos valeurs\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">L\u2019ONGD a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e en 1988 par les guides et scouts du Luxembourg pour permettre la r\u00e9alisation du camp-chantier et la construction du centre de formation de Mboro au S\u00e9n\u00e9gal. Depuis elle s\u2019est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e et a soutenu plusieurs camps-chantier et r\u00e9alis\u00e9 divers projets importants sur le long terme, notamment en Inde, en Bolivie, au Niger et au
